If by friendly you mean that I return every call, show up on time, do exactly what I say I am going to do, solve any unforeseen problems that may arise during the course of work in the most cost-effective and time conscious manner, pull all my own permits, document all work, provide written invoices, receipts and warranties, and require no money until work is complete... then yes, I am investor friendly.
